    Our training sessions cater to all skill levels—from beginners to advanced users.

    How long is the course, and what’s the format?

    Courses run for a full day.

    Session Start: 9am (AEST)
    Morning Break: 10:30am – 10:45am
    Lunch Break: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
    Afternoon Break: 2:30pm – 2:45pm
    Finish: 4:30pm

    Training is live, hands-on, practical, and includes exercises to reinforce learning.

    What do I need to attend the training?

    • Stable internet connection
    • Your laptop with Excel installed.
    • Ideally have two screens so that you can watch the trainer and also follow along.
    • Headphones or Speakers

    Will I receive a certificate of completion?

    Yes, all participants receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course.

    Can I ask questions during training?

    Absolutely, the sessions are live and we encourage questions during the session for better understanding.

    You can even share your screen with the trainer to help you along if you get stuck.

    Do I get a manual with step-by-step instructions?

    Yes, we will send you a manual in PDF form with information and clear, step-by-step instructions for each topic.

    Can I share my screen to ask questions about my own work?

    Yes, you can share your screen with the trainer for personalised assistance.

    Can the training be customised for my team or organisation?

    What version of Excel is the training based on?

    We use Microsoft 365 / Excel 2021 as the standard, but we can adapt content to suit earlier versions if required.

    95% of the content in the training sessions are very similar across all of the Excel versions.  Only features like XLOOKUP, Spilled Arrays and other minor features might not be available.
